Now we all know how delicious chocolate-dipped strawberries can be, but imagine it…..on weed? In all seriousness, dipping strawberries in a canna-chocolate sounds like a great idea, so when I stumbled across a recipe today, I figured it was too good not to share.
It’s pretty simple too. The chocolate is made up of a canna-coconut oil and melted chocolate fusion, and obviously, all you need is just strawberries. Other than the canna-chocolate, this tasty dessert takes no time to prepare.
Here’s all you’ll need to make your canna-chocolate dipped strawberries:
- 2 tablespoons canna-coconut oil
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- 12 strawberries with stems
- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, stir together chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Continue microwaving and stirring in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth. Let sit until chocolate reaches room temperature.
- Dip the berries into the melted chocolate. Set on parchment paper and leave alone for at least 30 minutes.
That’s it! You can even get creative by throwing in other dry fruits, nuts, or anything that suits your taste buds. Enjoy!
